The purpose and benefits of continuously improving performance at work is important to enhance your career, moving up the organisation that you are working with or getting a new job with the new founded skills. Also means that you have great pride in your work and before more efficient.

The purpose and benefits of encouraging and accepting feedback from others is important to improve oneself in your work. Take notice of feedback in all its forms – put all feedback in a curiosity frame: ask yourself how you can use it to avoid failures, or to repeat successes. Feedback can be both formal and informal in nature. E.g. formal feedback can be in a meeting and informal feedback can be between colleges asking how you were or how you did the last assignment.

3. Explain how learning and development can improve your own work, benefit organisations and identify career options.

Learning and development can improve your own work, benefit organisations and identify career options by succeeding in workplace training courses, college based courses, private training courses and on the job training, such as shadowing a colleague.

4. Describe possible career progression routes.

Possible progression routes for internally and external careers are both are vertically or laterally, so you could be moving up in your career or you could be moving to a different department. That or total change of career. You should always be open to suggestions and new opportunities.

5. Describe possible development opportunities.
