The advantages of an unstructured interview would better suit the position since it allows the interviewer to have a meaningful conversion with the candidates and ask unique questions that may occur on the job. The interviewer can see how well the candidates handle interaction with people and events that may not have a clear or correct answer. Much of the potential employee's value comes from the employee themselves in the form of customer service which oftentimes is east to fake on paper. The application form will be short; consisting of only key information such as conversational skills and details about labor to include heavy lifting and attention-to-detail.
