INTRODUCTION
Sweden is a beautiful country with a god way of living thanks to high-technology industry and its welfare state. This country is livened up by important values as honesty, efficiency, loyalty, tolerance, modesty and equality. Swedish are very attached to the education in all its forms but they have usually an extremely dry and subtle Sense of humor.
There are many worldwide companies like IKEA, Volvo or Ericsson. In this perspective, it will be interesting in doing business in Sweden. That is why we have write Sweden for dummies.
In this book, we give some advices in order to help a French expatriate in Sweden for his integration and precious recommendations to be a perfect businessman.
This book is divided in two parts. The first one explains the many cultural differences between France and Sweden by using the frameworks of Hofstede, Trompenaar and Hall. The second one presents the recommendations by analyzing the different of management, culture and business between Sweden and France.
