Executive Summary
The question proposed is whether or not Massive Productions should change their management style of their personnel to help improve employee satisfaction and in turn improve client satisfaction and with what methods?
It was concluded that Massive Productions does, indeed, need to change their management style in order to effect the satisfaction of their employees, which in turn will improve their client satisfaction.
Primary research found that certain clients, that were surveyed, were overall not happy with the service of Massive Productions and felt that they were paying for a service that was not worth the money. It was also noted that the employees seemed to not be motivated and this was confirmed in the Employee Satisfaction Survey. Due to this dissatisfaction in their employees it has affected their work as well as the perception of the company by clients.
In response to this research conducted I took to the books and recommended different management styles that the management of Massive Productions should incorporate to their work life. In return the change in employee behavior might occur which will improve the way they work and in turn improve client satisfaction.
