Shear Perfection Unisex Salon is a full-service salon servicing both men and women. Here at Shear Perfection Unisex Salon we are dedicated to consistently providing high customer fulfillment by rendering outstanding service, superior products, and furnishing a pleasant atmosphere at a suitable price. We also maintain a welcoming, fair, and artistic work environment, which respects diversity, ideas, and hard work. Shear Perfection will offer a hair care product that promotes healthy hair care. These products will help our clients to maintain healthy hair in between appointments.
Shear Perfection Unisex Salon general staffing plan consist of 13 employees, Owner and Founder of Shear Perfection Unisex Salon Chris Forte (Head Barber), Tynisha Flowers (Head Stylist), Lekesia Smith (Accountant, Book keeper), Kevin Clarke (Inventory Manager, Maintenance). The 9 remaining employees will consist of 4 Hair Stylist, 4 Master Barbers and a receptionist. Each stylist and Master Barber will have to pay booth rent in the amount of 350.00 dollars a month. By charging our stylist and barbers booth rent Shear Perfection Unisex Salon will have guaranteed income on a monthly bases of 3,500.
