1. Executive Summary
Rush Bakers & Restaurant (RBR) is a start-up bakery retail establishment located in Nittambuwa, western province of Srilanka. RBR expects to catch the interest of a regular loyal customer base with its broad variety of food and bakery products. The restaurant plans to build a strong market position in the town of Nittambuwa. RBR aims to offer its products at a competitive price to meet the demand of middle to high income earners both local area residents and tourists.
Rush bakers& restaurant will start its operation in January 2014. The bakery will locate its zone in Nittambuwa, just opposite the new bus stand.
1.1 Objectives
The primary objectives of RBR are:

-To offer high quality food at reasonable prices.
-Have a profitable organization by having a sales level of Rs150, 000 in the first year.
- Increase sales by 50% in the second year
-Expand into three stores by the end of 4th year
-Repay debt from original financing by the end of 1st year
-Keeping food costs at less than 45% of the revenue
