EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The research carried out under is to frame a new business proposal for setting up a new business which is a chain of fitness clubs and rehabilitation centres named as “Healthy Nation”. The proposal looks at the different aspect for stating up a business in a new market (India). The research includes an overview of the business, the opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths of the business. Healthy Nation will provide health care, body care and rehabilitation services, these services will be offered at a lower price to all the segments of the customer’s health care industry is on the bang in India and is expanding at a very rapid rate, a large segment of the market is still untapped in India
