As we know, as a support organization and operation of two basic elements---- organizational structure and organizational culture for the organization’s survival and development play an important role. For the new dairy company which main product milk, I think the most important thing which the company need do is nature for high quality. In order to improve the competitiveness, the company should establish a set of new different company’s culture and purpose.
In my business plan, I have a good idea about the name of the company is HOPE. This ‘HOPE’ not only means the parents’ expectation for the health of their child but the customers’ hope for Chinese milk market as well. And I also create the unusual company’s culture and structure for HOPE.

1) The organizational culture of HOPE:
Culture in an organization is the sum total of the beliefs, knowledge, attitude of mind and customs to which people are exposed.① Therefore, according to the environment and probably future of Chinese milk market, I think HOPE’s culture should belong to Zeus combine with Dionysus. As a new company, there need a people or group who can control the company and ensure the employees can finish the job. At the same time, company should depends on the talent of the individuals and establish a good relationship with these talents. In addition, for external, HOPE should makes the customers know: the first is healthy; the best is quality.

2) The organizational structure of HOPE:
Clearly defined and agreed aims and objectives are the first stage in the design of organization structure
