Executive summary
In this assignment I will find and identify the business processes that vapiano are actually using, evaluating the environment that lives within the organization, assess the competitive environment they go thru and give some ideas of information systems the enterprise could use to gain competitive advantage for the organization. The first part of the assignment there are some research about how vapiano. The products that they have and their business processes. The second part of the assignment is about how the company could create a competitive advantage from the rivals using IT or improving their actual information system, in this part will have Porter´s five forces model so that will be a detailed analysis. The third part will be more involved with each activity of the primary inputs of Porter´s value chin, and it will be put in practice of IT could help the enterprise to improve its activities. Introduction
Vapiano provides Italian fast casual dining experience with a nice and hip European setting. Originally based out of Germany, unlike normal operations of a traditional restaurant, Vapiano has a unique interface for customer orders and food preparing process.
