I interviewed a friend of mine - Amanda Chen - a female shopper about her experiences and expectations of shopping online. Shopping online is the act of purchasing products or service via Internet, involving searching for the demanded products/service and suitable retailing sites, evaluating in term of value, quality and price… then get to drop the items to your virtual shopping cart, adopting the most suitable payment method, then set them delivered from those websites to your house. As the enormous spread of the Internet, online shopping became a relatively part of customer’s shopping habit to some extent and furthermore, represents a new modern lifestyle trend. Business must gain a secured position in this market trend with expectation of future progress, to act correspondingly to integrate and adopt a new model of retailing.! !

In general, it can be said that the interview went down smoothly yet there are few problem. In fact, Amanda was with another friend so I invited her to our interview, expecting that the information would be more diverse. Regarding our relationships, Amanda happened to be an
