Executive Summary:
MVP is a new retail store that caters to the latest trends in fashion. As our name suggests our focus is to provide multi-sex clothing and accessories, and position ourselves as the top retail store in the Sydney City Region.
We are the elite retail store in the located in the central city of in Sydney’s, CBD (Australia). Our intentions are to obtain 70% market share and become a central hub of shopping activity for the local youth population around Australia as well others who enjoy wearing a selective range of clothing currently trending in today’s market.
VIP will be located at 237 George Street, Sydney NSW. MVP has centralized itself directly in position to the urbanised location and social activities of our target market. We believe that this is critical to our initial success and long-term growth.
My business mission is to provide a great variety of clothing to all ages (mainly aiming for youth), great quality, great and well known branded names, great affordable prices and we provide a variety of sizes to accommodate for all sizes.

In the near future I hope for my business and its products of good quality, fashionable and great priced clothing line to be known throughout the world with a good name and reputation alongside with business name. I hope for my business to have a good profit over the next couple years providing great style cloths and accessories opened to mixed gender and with great affordable prices for teens and young adults. With a lot of styles and great fashion tips within store I will to get a great brand name in and around Australia and eventually broadcast my company to expand to overseas counties and nations, and offer the same great clothing line overseas.
