INTRODUCTION
Background of the study
Nowadays, a computer is a technology that has a capability to create a system or a program that can use in the business especially on the Trezen Enterprises to improve the daily procedure of their business. Technology changes and improves at a rapid place and companies and institutions have coped with it. This is because as the latest knowledge of development in computer technology grows people’s standard increase. Manual system known as step by step process that helps people to have organized and systematized work. Computers can be heard anywhere now. From research, electronic mail, chat and games, it is the crave of anyone to know and learn. These computers are being practiced in different schools and used by various establishments and business. Communicating and expanding the level of knowledge of the students, were some of the reasons of computerization system in schools, business establishment and offices. As for this, the students made a computer system regarding with the buy and sell agricultural products. The Trezen Enterprises have a business of buying and selling of agricultural products like coffee and copra. Recordkeeping and billing system this system will record the product, maintained and monitor the sales on process. The computerized billing and recordkeeping will answer the problem on missing file or data. Up to date record in the system will be absorb.
