DFCS in October, and someone came out to address the allegations in the report. She reported that the case manager’s name was Ms. Johnson. Mrs. Sturkey also reported that Ms. Johnson also did a referral for Children’s 1st.
• CM Gilmore contacted Brandi Threat to staff case. Ms. Threat confirmed that she did have a case with DFCS that was recently close. Ms. Threat reported that the cases will be merged together.
• Discipline used: When they ride their bike in the road, when they are were not supposed to, they are banned from riding their bikes from the next couple of days.

and Mrs. Sturkey reported that the lady is upset, because her children were recently taken away from her.

Bmo was washing dishes, and she was able to operate the bathroom properly with running water. o No clutter o Safe Sleep:
CM Gilmore asked about the sleeping arrangements of the one year old in the home. Bmo reported that the stuffed animals are in the crib, because he doesn’t sleep there. Bmo reported that he sleeps with them, and she understands the danger that it could cause the infant with him sleeping with them. Bmo pointed out two mattress that were around the bed that would prevent the infant from hitting the floor and harming himself. CM encouraged Bmo and Bfa to practice safe sleep in the future. o Under age 4 undress
