CM Gilmore: Hospital Case Study
Cm Gilmore made an unannounced visit to Doctor’s Hosptial to ensure safety and well-being of Baylin Phillps who is the VC listed in the report. The visit included: Tiffany Phillips-Bmo, Steven Newman-BFa who resides in Dublin Ga, and Baylin Phillips-VC. CM Gilmore explained the reason for the visit.
The following information was reported during the interview:
• Bailey reported that he took extra pills to help him fall asleep. It was intently.
• Bfa reported that when he arrived at the home to take him Christmas shopping he appeared to be fine.
• Bfa reported that when he got in his car, he fell over asleep. Bfa reported that he was passed out.
• Bfa reported that Bmo’s spouse had to kick his friends out of the home earlier that morning,

He reported that when he was residing with him, he never saw him study, but he would bring home straight A’s and passing grades.
• Bmo reported the Bailey’s twin Kaylin Phillips resides in south Akien with MGM. Bmo reported that she resides there, because she doesn’t like the schools in Richmond County. o CM Gilmore attempted to gather information regarding contact with MGM; however, Bmo refused to provide information. o CM Gilmore received a call from (Yuba Jean Pryor) MGM on 12/29/2016 @ 1pm from number 803-295-2292--*Good source of collateral**
• Bfa he was making threats out of anger, because he was under restraints.
• Bfa reported that there has been anger issues in the past.
• Bfa reported that there has been drug issues in the past.
• Bfa reported that there has been no signs of homicidal or suicidal threats in the past.
• Bmo and Bfa reported that when he gets out of the hospital there future plans are for him to go to Dublin, GA.
• DFCS history-in 2012 there was a case opened related to drug abuse in the home.
• Kaylin Phillips does not reside in the home.
