CPT Graves Case Study
CPT Graves,

Your leave packet was not approved by the BDE CDR. However, I've updated your DA 31 IOT reflect your paternal leave dates from 28 Jun-07 Jul. CPT Graves this is unsatisfactory and I'm totally disappointed w/ your actions. We'll address this matter upon you return to theater. I expect you to adjust your leave according, if your fail to do as directed I will recommend UCMJ for failing to comply w/ my guidance.

CPT Graves you departed the AO w/out an approved leave form and CPT McCrea technically could has reported you as AWOL on 16 Jun. So, if you have any questions or concerns give me a call or follow-up w/ an email. At this point you will be authorized 21-days and the paternal leave date are annotated above.

The cardiology staff utilized intravenous medications that controlled the cardiac rate, adequately resolving these cardiac issues. I managed the patient’s ventilator and the intensive care status along with my respiratory therapy team. Unfortunately the patient developed multiple infections, hospital acquired, including klebsiella…

The poem The Cremation of Sam McGee, by Robert Service, is a humorous poem, despite how its grim title makes it sound. It is a narrative poem because it tells a story. The Cremation of Sam McGee starts out in North America during the Gold Rush. Sam McGee was traveling with his friend when he asked him to cremate his last remains. He told his friend, the Captain, that he feared a cold grave. A little after that, Sam McGee died of the cold. The Captain loathed carrying his friend’s body around with him, but he had promised his friend that he would be cremated. Sam McGee’s captain saw a suitable place to cremate the body, he dug a hole in the coals of the furnace and shoved Sam McGee in. He waited a while, till he thought his friend would surely be cooked by then. Upon opening the glowing furnace door, he saw Sam McGee looking out at him, telling him to shut the door so the cold would get to him. Poor Sam McGee’s surprised friend shut the door and continued traveling.…

    2. I am asking for an exception; as I graduated Advanced Individual Training (AIT) in 2013 I had to go down to Arkansas for a family emergency. I knew I was not going to be down there for very long, and had no intentions of staying permanently. At the time of recently graduating I did not know that I could have trained with another unit instead of doing an Inner State Transfer (IST). All I knew was I wanted to be a good soldier and not miss any drills or be considered Absent Without Leave (AWOL). I figured that everything had to be done on paperwork and this was the only way for me to continue to have a good standing with the Army National…

    Crucible Cause of Death

    • 754 Words
    • 4 Pages

When we were growing up, we would do something to a sibling or another kid at school knowing that the person would react to what you did. We would bug our siblings or kids at school knowing it would annoy them, but we did it anyway. Or we would not eat all our food on our plate and our parents would tell us we couldn't have dessert. All these things we would do are causes of cause and effect, when someone or something has acted to result into a situation. An example of cause and effect is from the book The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein; when the little boy ask the tree for some branches to build a house, and the tree gives him branches to make his house. Every story has some sort of cause and effect in it. Like in Arthur Miller's The Crucible, John Proctor dies in result of his affair with Abigail, Elizabeth lying in court, and the ripping of his confession.…
