It has often been stated in the Nation Football League that offense sells tickets while defense wins championships. That being said most teams implore either some version of the 3-4 schemes or the 4-3 schemes. While both defenses consist of a seven man front (7 players within 5 yards of the line of scrimmage) and used primarily to shut down opposing offenses running games we will examine the two to see which one is overall more effective in our guest to reach the promise land.…

Although, the last year’s super bowl champions, the Patriots use the 4-3 defense. If you take a look at all the teams who record is 5-0, they all use a 3-4 defense. Football’s 3-4 defense has become a very popular defense in the last couple of years thanks to teams like the Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Kansas City Chief. Since the 3-4 defense can cause mass for quarterbacks, while also stopping the run by filling the gaps it is the best…
I chose to write my paper on a man named Colonel Charles Edward McGee. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on December 7, 1919. His mother died when he was only one and he seems to have moved around place to place as a child. He first got interested in planes when he was in college after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. He knew that war was inevitable and he wrote down he wanted to be a pilot on his draft card. He was eventually sent over to Indiana for examination, which he passed. On October 27, 1942, he was sworn in and a few weeks later, sent to Tuskegee. He talks about being frustrated flying slow planes that flew at low altitude, and were basically too slow to even catch German planes. In May he was moved to the Fifteenth Air Force. “As the Allies advanced north, the bombers came up from Africa to bases in Italy, but they were getting their tails shot off over targets like Ploesti, so four single-engine fighter…

Air Force Major Margaret Witt was an accomplished, decorated, and by all accounts outstanding flight nurse throughout 19 years in military service.[16] She received superb performance evaluations and numerous high awards and honors in recognition of her superior career achievements. The Air Force made her a literal “poster child” in 1993, when it selected her to be prominently featured in its recruiting and promotional materials as the “model” Air Force nurse.[17] Serving for most of her career in Aeromedical Evacuation Squadrons, Major Witt was responsible for providing inflight care and treatment of ill and injured servicemembers during transport aboard military aircraft.[18] She served in Europe in the 1990’s, caring for ill and wounded in Bosnia, and in the Middle East, where she served on dozens of flight missions to rescue and treat soldiers fighting in Iraq.[19]…

It was late at night and I couldn’t sleep. I had had an awful day and some rather dark thoughts were running through my mind, but I knew what to do. I grabbed my headphones off the headboard and plugged them into my phone, then turned on the album Vessel by Twenty One Pilots. I slowly began to feel better and eventually dozed off. Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun’s music has always helped me through hard times. The subjects they write about, the significance of their songs, their absolute devotion to their fans, and the fact that they have literally saved my life is what makes them my heros.…
