However, the way it is being executed is not efficient. With everyone in one room gets to be distracting. Some of us are not able study in this type of environment. Some need complete silence, and it’s hard to get that when there are more than 50 people sitting in one room. A portion of this issue could be due to the proctors not enforcing complete silence during the 4 hours. However, even with no one talking it still gets very distracting in the room. The faint sound of other people’s music, people tapping their feet or pencil, and people whispering can still be heard. Also, distraction

Schools are all built according to what the thinking was at the time of it being built. Some schools were built with open plan classrooms. This may cause problems with noise. If it is possible sliding doors should be installed and used to patrician the classroom off. If this isn 't possible different areas of the classroom can be used for different activities. For example when using the interactive white board the pupils could gather round it on the floor. When explaining a lesson pupils could sit round the teacher then go to their desks and do the work. Some schools…

Although all the students are friends and respect each other, the girls rather be with girls and the boys rather be with boys. During carpet time, the girls try to sit together, but the boys are spread throughout the carpet. In my observation, when it was time to share their answers during carpet time, I noticed that a little girl was shy to share with the little boy. After the teacher told the little girl to participate, the girl shared her answer, but with a quiet voice. When students are sharing their answers with the people they are comfortable, their voices are much louder. This usually happens when they are girl with girl and boy with boy.…

After reviewing Dialing for Dollars, it is evident that the three scenarios noted are highly unethical, and the company is a prime example as to why stockholders are constantly in an uproar. However, shipping to a fictitious company exemplifies unethical business practices. A company that is willing to falsify information in order to appear prosperous needs to reevaluate its core values and mission statement. Strictly speaking, a customer’s trust is built on transparency. If a company concocts a scheme to meet quotas, what else is the organization capable of? Furthermore, lying in any capacity is unethical, considering that credibility plays a pivotal role in regards to an organization’s success. In other words, lying can negatively affect…

Starting with the noise level of the room I would make the tutors aware of the complaints because of their actions and the effect on students they have caused. Secondly I would space the computers further apart that are against the walls. I would also add individual partition walls between each computer therefor blocking routine noises made by working students. This also provides privacy when trying to concentrate and study making the students more comfortable and able to work quietly. I would raise the temperature in the room to seventy two degrees which is an ideal temperature. Although rules are very necessary It is a fact that music can help students retain and comprehend knowledge for that reason I would change the rule and allow students to listen to music but only with individual ear…

Unfortunately, your place of study, at home or in a college room, may sometimes be noisy. Also, there is the occasional need to be hospitable to friends who visit. Many students, therefore, prefer to study in the library. This, too, has its disturbances and distractions but they are far fewer than if you tried studying in other public places like the cafeteria. The important thing is to try and find a nice quiet, well-lit spot away from the majority of library users.…

It's a great feeling when the children are busy, but their enjoyment of a task might manifest itself in terms of noise. Develop signals to get attention. This can be a raised hand or switching off the lights. Whatever you do, don't try to out-shout a class because they will always win. Where groups of children are getting really loud it may be time to change the groups around.…
