Our health is extremely important! In order to take care of health, we need to watch what we eat. Each person is different in many ways which would mean we all have a different amount of calorie intake. For example, if you are a male and weigh 220 age of 30 and your height is 5 ft. and 2 in. with a light activity level, your calorie intake should be between to 1850 to 2050 calories per day and your healthy weight is 101 to 136 Ibs.
