Day 1.
Last week, 17th October 2014, students from BM240 5C, BM240 4B and BM240 4C under subjects Issue Marketing, Business Marketing and Channel Marketing were attended a study trip that held at Cameron Highland. The classes had using UiTM Malacca City Campus’ bus to go there. This trip was accompanied by Sir Juan Rizal and Sir Farhi. Before departed, we were giving short briefing about the tentative that will happen at Cameron by project leader, Nur Syuwaidah. We were departed from UiTM about 3.00 p.m.
We were reached at Cameron about 12.00 a.m. to 1.00 a.m. It is a bit late due to traffic jam. After reached in front of Ivy Hotel, the travel agency helps us to settle the process of check in and dinner. Due to come late, therefore activities for that night was cancelled and we were given time to rest and prepared for tomorrow activities.
Day 2.
At 8.30 a.m., we were assemble in front hotel and wait for bus to bring us to Hotel Rosa Passadena for breakfast. Among the breakfast provided were ‘Nasi Lemak’, fried noodles, fried rice, and cereals. After breakfast we were given time to take a walk for sightseeing outside hotel. The place is beautiful and we will regret if we does not take pictures as a memory.
Around 10 o’clock, we went to BOH Sungai Palas Tea Centre. Due to the hills, UiTM bus cannot go there, so we take another bus that provided by the BOH which is smaller than UiTM. The road is quite dangerous, but the driver bus is very professional because he handles the bus very well and we are safely arrived at the BOH Sungai Palas Tea Centre. There we were conducted by the workers there. He explained all about the history, the benefits of tea and the owner of the farm. After that, we were given permission to take a walk around the BOH Tea factory and see the process of grinding the tea leafs.
Around 12.30 p.m. we went to Raju’s Hill Strawberry Farm. Due to weather, we cannot do any activities at strawberry farm besides buying
