1 Introduction
1.1 Purpose
Following document is prepared as a part of User interface. This document provides the information to design and execute campaigns using SAS Campaign Studio for Campaign Management Automation project for THE ORGANIZATION
1.2 What Is SAS Marketing Automation?
With SAS Marketing Automation, you can rapidly create, modify, and manage marketing campaigns. These campaigns can range from simple, single-channel campaigns to sophisticated, multichannel-campaigns, and from planned marketing programs to opportunistic communications that are aimed at a precisely defined audience. This ability to improve marketing activities can lead to a better return on marketing investment and a healthier bottom line.

2 User Interface Specifications

2.1 Pre-requisite for Campaign Creation (a) All the users need to get a login id created using Pravesh Portal. (b) SAS CI Studio needs to be installed on the user’s machine.

2.2 Marketing Automation: Creating campaigns using CI Studio

Customer intelligence Studio: Campaign manager can log on into Customer intelligence studio to create, schedule, request approval and execute campaigns.

CI studio is windows based GUI program. It can be started by going to START on desktop and then clicking on PROGRAMS.

• In PROGRAMS menu, under SAS header, is SAS Marketing
