Security issue may Sounds like a hackneyed and stereotyped expression, but when it comes to the campus security, we have to take it seriously. Nearly every year, there are reports to the security office on campus that many children are killed.

A college is supposed to be safe; however, in fact, it’s not safe enough. Campus safety is a major concern not only to students and administrators, but also to parents. Overall, campus crime decreased gradually, but high profile incidents have put safety at the forefront for many students and parents. However, many students’ school environment or their way between school and home is so dangerous.
Students can take specific actions to protect themselves from dangerous persons and situations. For instance, they should keep their dormitories’ doors locked at all times and deny entry to any unfamiliar individuals. When walking at night around campus, it's best to travel with at least one other person.
On the one hand, we students should strengthen our security awareness. Once we smell out something unusual, we should report it to the campus guard immediately. On the other hand, more equipment such as monitors should be installed on campus so as to detect crimes as soon as possible. In my opinion, campus security will be improved as long as efforts are made on campus. Therefore society colleges and universities should try their best to make everyone on campus safe and sound, Students should concentrate more on their own safety, and parents should pay more attention to their children. Only in this way can it be really safe.
