No carbonara. No gorgonzola amongst other dishes. Is this an Italian or not?! Service appalling. Forgot a starter, left plates for ages and rude. Will be making a head office complaint and never returning! (1 month ago)

Terrible service. Overpriced food. I waited 25 minutes before they even took our drinks order. Rude and inattentive staff. When the food eventually arrived it was barely warm and tasted chemically. After failing to attract the staff’s attention for 10 minutes I had to go to the bar to request the bill. Then waited a further 15 minutes before being able to pay the bill and leave. Will not be eating there again and do not recommend to anyone. For a quicker and warmer meal with better customer service try McDonalds and save yourself some money. (3 months ago)
The food a Prezzo has always been fantastic whether it be a pizza, pasta dish, risotto or grill. The restaurant has always been well maintained however the acoustics don't do the atmosphere any favours. The staff seem to have become complacent and lazy, no-one smiles and they rush around even on quiet nights. All I think they need is some decent management to whip the staff up a gear and everything would be great! (4 years

In the 1952 a family immigrated from Italy to Canada. Sam Primucci the official owner of Pizza Nova was a part of them. Sam was only 12 years old when his brothers and his father had come to Toronto to settle and to complete education. His father was successful in farming and the coal industry in Italy, however as he immigrated he had to work as an asphalt mixer. "We had a really hard time at first," Primucci says. "None of us spoke English." Sam explains how the development of Pizza Nova was not a piece of cake. The journey of Pizza Nova began from 1963.The Italian family opened the very first Pizza Nova restaurant located in the eastern Toronto community of Scarborough, Ontario. The team spent the majority of our time observing Bella Napoli, however, we did focus enough time and energy researching Johnny Carino’s to make a constructive comparison. We divided the comparisons into four factors, Location, Exterior Atmospherics, Interior Atmospherics, and the four Ps (Place, Product, Price and Promotion). Bella Napoli is a good Italian restaurant with tremendous opportunity to become better with improvements in the Exterior Atmospherics, Interior Atmospherics, and a focused promotional effort.…

First off, the food has been amazing every time I have been there. This time I ate the chicken critters (tenders) with steak fries and green beans and it was very delicious. We didn’t wait maybe ten minutes from getting our appetizer and we already had our entrée. To me that is an excellent waiting time considering it was fresh food. Also the price is very understandable considering the amount of food I got. Overall I would rate the food a ten, it was amazing and always has been.…

Water aerobics has been a strong growing type of exercise for many age groups for years. Water aerobics is a combination of arm and leg movements done in water for beginners. This type of aerobic exercise is typically done for less than an hour. This includes the same type of program as land aerobics with warm up and cool down periods. Swimming exercise uses more of the overall muscle mass of the body than almost any other form of exercise. (Water aerobics, "What is water aerobics" section, para. 1)…

Once I entered the restaurant, I was met by the aroma of grilling hamburgers and other foods, which is not usually the norm in other fast food restaurants, where food is mostly micro waved. The interior of the restaurant is well designed, spacious to allow many people to be served at the counter without much congestion. Their prices are well marked on the menu, which is well labeled with pictures that are just as alluring as the aroma. Just as their phrase suggests, "Have it your way," one can ask their hamburger to be made the way they want. This makes it ideal for everybody rather than having to standardize everything to suit all, which is not possible. For instance, when ordering a whopper, you can choose what to be included in it to suit your preference. This makes it a strong point for people who want a hamburger served with what they want. On the other hand, it serves as a weakness since having to order it the way you want takes a little more time and this requires patience. The tables are well set with enough space between them and decoration is just good for a fast food…

After reading chapter 6, I feel that I have gained clarity regarding race, class and gender. Before reading this chapter, I felt that the three were completely different. In a way they are, but at the same time they intertwine each other. While it is possible for someone to change from one class to the other, it is impossible for someone to change their race. This is why I feel that it race is what highly influences a family dynamic. The race of a family can determine what social class they identify with. For an example an African American can come from a blue collar family. This will mean that this family will come from a lower income. This will affect their quality of life. The members in the family will be forced to work a physically…

Lastly, the services at the Olive Garden grab my attention. As soon as the guests walked through the door we heard, “welcome to Olive Garden”. They usually escort you to your table and asked for the drink order. The drinks and food is taken in an appropriate manner. The server seemed very well-informed of the menu and very respectful as well. He had a great attitude that makes people feel comfortable with them. As guests eat their meal the server usually comes twice to check on the customers and give them refills. While dining at the Olive Garden the service was phenomenal. The server…
