1.1 Introduction
In this present world of Technology, many people depend on it. One example for this is the usage of computer. Peoples from different profession like An Engineer, an Accountant, a Teacher and Business Executives have such things and reasons in common for using this kind of technology example. Computer are use to provide, process data needed to finish jobs on time and to run their businesses effectively. The discovery of this electronic device benefits the user to facilitate time and effort in conducting their responsibilities, making burdensome tasks easier to handle, and an efficient way of managing & collecting specific reports.
Computers are indeed blessing to the lives of many people, and thus, to human development and progress. Different nation all over the world are now utilizing computerized systems. This would enable them to improve the manual operations that they are using. It is in the content that the researchers are proposing such computerized attendance monitoring system.
Monitoring of attendance is recognized as an important element in supporting both student retention and performance. Regular and appropriate attendance has been a school requirement for many years as stipulated in the curricular ordinances and regulation. For taught students, failure to attend and/or absence without permission can result in some serious consequences in place for research students. Many schools therefore already have in place effective methods for monitoring the student’s attendance and absences.
Notifications via Electronic mails & SMS sending are also used now a day. It helps people to receive information through a fast and efficient manner of acquiring data. It is used for such things like Bills, Cell phone load balances, Short messages exchanged by a person to another and many more.
