• all over the india scrap tyre pyrolysis machines are hot on production , produce large amounts of carbon black in the processing , The carbon black has became a big problem for the manufacturers. Main problems are like it occupy the area, pollution of the environment ,
Currently there is no concrete application to deal with it
• For such reason Azus Systems Pvt. According to a survey on pyrolysis plants across India there is over 120000 ton pyrolysis carbon black available for use.



Carbon black (Application specific)granulator: In the Tire Pyrolysis Plant, the finished carbon black pellet can be used instead of fuel(such as coal or other fuels),The finished carbon black pellet can be widely used for burning biomass boiler, hot air stove, dryer, asphalt heating equipment , heat conduction oil furnace and other industrial furnace as fuel to provide heat energy .
