I worked with a mixed client group who have complex needs, and carried out quality care to high standard and the law according to company policies, to enable people live independently as

1 I help people recognise there own needs and point them in the right direction and what’s available to help with there needs.
2 I have worked alongside Nurses and by preparing the environment for movement and handling so as work can be carried out quickly so as not to put individual under unnecessary distress and using the right equipment that’s appropriate, helped with sterile procedures such as Enemas using suppositories, Dressing around Catheter wound areas, Sugar levels and administering medication and recording all results in individuals care file.
3 Help with personal hygiene and dressing.
