My career goal is to become a Doctor of Pediatrics. I chose this career because I adore children. I love being around them and taking care of them. I feel that they are the seeds of life, and I want them to sprout into beautiful, healthy, and strong flowers overtime. I believe that this job is a good choice for me because I have patience and I can interact very well with children. It is something I have always wanted to do.
In order to become a pediatrician I need a total of twenty-three credits from High school: four credits from language arts, math, science, and my electives, three credits from Healthcare Science and Social Studies, and one credit from Health and Physical Education. High school courses that will help me in my career choice are healthcare science, math, science, and language arts. My personal academic goal in high school is to be in the top 5 percentile of my class and have a GPA of 3.8 or higher. After high school, I will attend Emory University or the University of Georgia for four years, take the MCAT exam, and receive a Bachelors Degree and gain some

To be a licensed pediatrician I must pass the United States Medical Licensing Examination or the USMLE, which is made to test how well I am with patients. To be certified I must fulfill my education and training as well as licensing requirements. My personal academic goal in college is to major in Pre- medicine and pass all of my classes.
