Career Review

Topic : Career Review From Wois, I found out that my top career themes are deliberative, relator, activator , discipline and intellection. From these, I found out that I am a good listener and that I like prefer individual work to group work. Deliberative revealed that I like putting things in order and be organized. This element is true because I like arranging books on my table in an organized way so that I know where everything is and it enables me to find a book easily whenever I need it. Also, it makes me feel comfortable. Relator revealed that I can relate other people’s stories and understand it well. I agree with this because I like listening to other people’s stories and give them advice on what to do and they feel consoled after talking to me.
Activator revealed that I like putting things into action. I agree with this because instead of talking and listening, I like doing things as I think it is more productive. Also, I am an active person. It was also revealed that I am a disciplined person. I agree with this characteristic because I always complete my assignments on time and complete my work before I go out to play. It is in my belief that work comes before play and one has to be disciplined in order to succeed. Discipline comes in handy when I am doing my assignments as I have never handed in my work late and can differentiate what is right and wrong. Last but not least, it was revealed that intellection is in one of my themes. I agree with this as I always try to be understanding and I put myself in other people’s shoes in order to know how they are feeling. No one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. Therefore, I always try my best to be understanding and forgiving. I am most surprised about the characteristic on intellection. I did not realize that I am a forgiving and understanding person but after thinking, I realized that I am understanding. It interests me as this survey is actually quite true.
