A432 has experienced negative feedback from customers for its “lame” website; to solve this problem the company need to hire a social media coordinator to handle the marketing and social media presence. Social media is everywhere and constantly growing daily.
A social media coordinator is a member of the marketing department and will be focused on creating and maintaining this company’s online accounts and presence. This position will develop and suggest ways to attract more customers and promote A423, Inc. brand. The ultimate goal of adding this position to our team is to increase our internet traffic with broader marketing strategies.

The social media coordinator must have a college degree in marketing or advertising with at least two years of social media marketing experience; therefore there will be no need to train this individual. A423 will not only meet the standard that has been established and excepted over the last few years of operation's, but will also exceed the customers expectations by providing artificial intelligence software to the company’s website, which will enable this company to meet the customers needs and expand our clientele base.
