Answer: An obligation to human rights and how to manufacture all of its footwear production.
Since Reebok Company’s production well developed and called as well-known athlete footwear, so everyone is opting it. Reebok's commitment to human rights universal is a trait of our corporate culture. There won’t be any different to the standards of any business partners all around the world as a whole. We believe that the incorporation of internationally recognized human rights standards into our business practice improves worker morale and results in a higher quality working environment and higher quality products. Due to implementation of production standards, we have required to use standards that are fair, so that they could able to diverse cultures and moreover encourage workers to take pride in their work without any default for each other sides.
Furthermore, in order to implement the standard in regard of Reebok, it will apply the Reebok Human Rights Production Standards in our selection of business partners whether to agree or dismiss. Reebok will seek fulfillment with these standards by our contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other business partners that really support us. To pledge proper implementation of this policy Reebok will seek business partners that allow Reebok full knowledge of the production facilities used and will undertake positive measures namely on-site inspection of production
