TIME CONTEXT
In any business organization, reviewing of reports always happens in the end of the term. It may conduct it every half of the month, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually or depending on the length of its operating cycle.
The business conducts this process to assess whether the technique they used for that term is effective or not, if the flow of their plans was followed and completed successfully, and if their employees are doing great or not in their business.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
1. Christian Corporation assessed the quality of their supervisors and found that out of 20 subjects, only five or six are outstanding. They want to know the reasons for the result to turn out so bad.
