Case Study: Adelphoi Village

Adelphoi Village believes that community partnerships are essential to long-term sustainability of the organization. One way Adelphoi Village accomplishes this is by leveraging resources and partnering with stakeholders. As an example, as a community partnership, several Adelphoi residents have taken part in therapeutic horseback riding as part of their treatment plan at Nickers ‘N Neighs Therapeutic Riding Center in Acme, Pennsylvania. The mission of the community partnership is “to improve the lives of children and adults with special challenges through a therapeutic partnership with horses.”
