CM spoke to Danica (PHP Program Coordinator) regarding program openings for Kiara (youth). CM was informed that PHP does not take youth with 3560 insurance due to coverage. Danica encouraged CM to linked youth to the Jersey City Medical Center Outpatient. CM will follow-up with the team regarding this matter.
