Case Study: ICS Head Start
ICS Head Start is a program designed to provide students with an education. They do not discriminate against any race or sexual orientation. They accept all students who qualify for the requirements. If the students’ parents qualify for the low in-come and the students are ages three and four they have a high chance of getting accepted. They do not discriminate against any staffs that would like to work for them. ICS Head Start agency will hire any staffs that qualify to work. ICS Head Start provides the children with a great opportunity to learn and experience school before Pre-K.
