Case Study: John George Psychiatric Hospital
Reporting party (RP) stated that on November 15th or 16th, resident Richard Genco (DOB: 08/15/17) was 5150 and taken to
John George Psychiatric Hospital. RP was notified of this incident by the resident's Independent Living Services worker (ILS) who reported that he witnessed scratches on the residents neck. RP followed up with the resident who stated that staff "Adrian" or "Avian" was hitting and scratching him. The resident do have history of aggressive behaviors. RP stated that the resident is due to be discharged from the hospital on 11/24/17 and will not be returning to the facility.
