Kissimmee, Florida is a city of about sixty thousand people and a principle city of the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford metropolitan area, which is home to more than two million residents. With stretches of development branching out into unincorporated rural areas only the North and West lakefronts, U.S. Highway Seventeen, U.S. Highway 192, and between downtown and nearby Kissimmee-Gateway Regional Airport.
The Kissimmee Real Estate Market
The real estate market in Kissimmee is relatively stable, and with plenty of room to grow by developing the surrounding unincorporated areas, real estate prices will most likely continue to remain stable. The current median home listing price in Kissimmee is just under one hundred thousand dollars. Nearby unincorporated areas have median home listing prices ranging between seventy-five thousand dollars, and one hundred fifty thousand dollars, with lakefront property commanding an expected premium.
The Kissimmee Rental Market
The rental market in Kissimmee is not large, but it is stable and experiencing little of the rise and fall of rental markets in larger metropolitan Orlando. As of the writing of this post, the average rent for an apartment in the city of Kissimmee was just over one thousand dollars. One-bedroom apartments in the area averaged just under nine hundred dollars a month in rental charges, while two-bedroom apartments rented for an average of just over one thousand dollars. These rental averages represent a three percent increase in general rents, while one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment rents increased as much as four and five percent respectively. Kissimmee is a stable, good place to rent in the greater Orlando

Isaiah Bradley's character in "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" serves as a symbol of the historical and ongoing racial injustices faced by African Americans, particularly those who served in the American military during the world war. His experiences as an African American super soldier show us the systemic racism and marginalization that black soldiers have endured both during and after their service, with no recognition, respect, or rights. Bradley's experience shows the harsh reality of America's ongoing struggle with racial equality and the deep scars left by historical injustices. This parallel to real historical events in America regarding the black soldiers during World War II, emphasizes the importance of understanding Isaiah's perspective and the reasons behind his actions, beliefs, and not wanting…

The housing market changes quite frequently and depending on the city, state, and neighborhood. When a home-buyer is interested in purchasing a home they look for what fits their needs, life style, and budget. This is important because it will also determine what type of house they can afford to live in and how much they can get for the amount their budget will allow. Buyers and sellers will look for certain variables when purchasing or selling a home and data must be gathered to make sure that all details match and that all requirements are met. It would be safe to assume that our theory that the larger the house and the more rooms a house has, the more expensive the price of the house will be. The three major variables in our data summary are: number of bedrooms, size of the house, and number of baths.…
