Ma’s Outdoor Supplies is a new camping supplies retail store in the Detroit metro area. Currently, we do not have a website. My company is seeking for a web development company to create a retail website. The company that is hired is to provide a website based on our requests, provide advice to engage our consumers, tracking metrics, and providing a return on our investment. Our budget is $25,000 - $30,000.

Target Audience
The visitors of our website that we are focusing on are the price conscious consumers who enjoy camping that want to procure camping supplies at an affordable cost. Furthermore, we want to target charitable organizations and people who have the same vision and mission in preserving wildlife to partner up and do incredible things.
Project Goals
The primary purpose for investing in a retail website is to enhance our sales. This directly ties into our mission statement to provide consumers with affordable camping supplies and remitting the profits to a wildlife charitable organization. The increase in sales will give us the capability of expanding our operations and providing more funds to protecting our wildlife. In addition, the website will provide exposure about the dangers of our wildlife disappearing.
The goals of this project are creating a retail website to feature Ma’s Outdoor supplies’ products and provide the necessary information to consumers about the dangers of wildlife being destroyed and the ways to prevent it from being destroyed. We want our website to be capable of selling products and for consumers to create accounts to store items in their shopping cart, remember billing information, and provide reviews. We also want it to be capable of having a forum for users to share their experiences, tips, and stories from their camping trips.

We want all the pages to be interconnected in which the same navigation menu is on each page so that it can be used to take the visitor to anywhere in the website. We also want a breadcrumb trail below the navigation bar.
Graphic Details
The color palette for the website is to be colors that represent nature and wildlife. Nothing too strong to distract the visitor from the main purpose of the website. We will need you to design a logo that fits our company and be placed on all the pages. We want the font to be Times New Roman and it is your decision of what size it should be. In addition, we want pictures of all our products and the ability to zoom in the selected picture. The website should not feature any distracting material such as blinking text, pop-ups, different fonts, and etc.
Capabilities
The website needs ecommerce capabilities such as having a shopping cart, product search, inventory control, shipping calculators. In addition, the ability for visitors to create a user account and save their billing and shipping information. We also want consumers to be able to connect their social media accounts and PayPal to our website. To protect user information we will need your recommendation on what security is best for our website. Also, a forum page for account users to post their stories, experience, and tips and the ability for users to interact with one
another.
Budget and expectations
Our budget is $25,000 - $30,000 including hosting and maintenance. We hope the website can be up 24/7 and track consumers on how they are visiting our website, what products they are viewing the most, turnover rate, how much they spend, and etc. Please recommend a host that can that you believe can meet our expectations. The website needs to be able to handle thousands of concurrent users and specific performance metrics will meet or exceed benchmarks. Furthermore, we want to be in compliance with Web Standards and Web Accessibility Standards. We value privacy just as much as our goal to protect wildlife. We want a privacy policy page to inform the user that the information they trust us with will be protected to the best of our ability and the reasons why we gather and manage their information. After the completion of our website we require ongoing support, training, and development.
Timeframe and Conclusion
