Mrs. Shirley Uber Caretaker has been working since she was 16 years of age, when she dropped out of secondary school to land a position to help her single parent deal with her three more youthful kin.
She grumbles that she can't sit for over 30 minutes on end, stand for over 30 minutes on end, and stroll for over 10 minutes on end, without bringing on herself extreme torment. Second Is 11.00 Neurological.(Ssa.gov, 2016). So section 11.08 which talks about the spinal cord nerve root and lesions due to any cause is what relates to Mrs caretaker. Now her back pain could also fit in this section as well because She complains of severe pain in her back in two places, her lower back and upper back, She has a stabbing, pulsating sensation in her lower back. She feels suicidal and has days where she can’t even manage to get out of bed. She has a hard time focusing and concentrating. Two to three times each week, she simply lies in bed. Her primary care physician, Dr. Robert Prime, has prescribed her anti-depressant medications and recommended that she see a therapist and psychiatrist.
