The channels that will be adopted are Facebook. D’OSHWIRA Bookstore will use this channels to make an announcement and promotion such as latest information, books recommendation and sales. Through this channels, the word-of-mouth can be achieved once the information get viral among the customers especially students. Generally, Facebook and website will be a tool for spreading information, providing interactive communication, promoting company’s culture as well as retaining customer’s loyalty.
Furthermore, D’OSHWIRA Bookstore will display the best seller within the store in front of entrance to let the customer who comes in know the best seller books in the store. By doing this, it will attract attention customers wants know what is special about the books.

Most of reader will prefer the latest edition especially for those who like fiction. Some teacher also more prefer to a latest edition in teaching materials such as reference books and exercise books. The size and environmental are more comfortable than the existing bookstore. D’OSHWIRA Bookstore will rent two lots of store as place for the business conducted.
5.8.2 Weaknesses The weakness of D’OSHWIRA Bookstore is less experience worker. This is because the requirement to be staff in the store is low which the SPM leavers are can apply the jobs and no work experience also welcoming to apply the position as staff. Next, D’OSHWIRA Bookstore does not provide delivery service to any place. This two things will be the main weakness for the store since the competitor have starting business many years before this and the worker must have a lot experience.
5.8.3 Opportunities After a few years operating the market, within this period target customers may able to adopt the new environment of our bookstore. This situation will give opportunity to D’OSHWIRA Bookstore to compete with the existing bookstore and be able to lead the market among the bookstore in Kota Belud.
