Stephanie Keri has just been elected the new mayor of St. Augustine. The city provides a furnished house for Stephanie Keri and her family to live in. The real estate has a value of $60,000 per year and all the maintenance fees are paid by the city. The tax question Stephanie needs answered is whether the $60,000 rent benefit is included in her taxable income.…
Stevens reports he has some gait issues and feels he is losing his balance at times when walking. He has headaches but not until the end of the day. He also reported that he takes a nap every afternoon which is very unlike him. He denied any seizures. He has completed the seizure medication. Mr. Stevens has limited range of motion to the left shoulder. When he reaches chest level it becomes very painful. He is in physical therapy for that. The examination done by Dr. Jones showed good strength and reflexes. Dr. Jones reviewed the recent MRI and said there is a collection of fluid on the left side of his head. There is no longer any fluid on the right. They had done burr holes in the skull to release the blood collection from the accident. Dr. Jones said that his age was a good thing since out brain shrinks with ages giving some more room.…

Ms. Marsha Geddings contacted the Client Assistance Program pertaining to her meeting with her new counselor on Thursday, September 15, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. I reviewed Ms. Geddings’ case and I would like to obtain some additional information from the Lexington Area Office. The Client stated she has some anxiety about her meeting to develop her IPE. I am getting the impression from the case notes that the Area Office Supervisor has and is continuing to address the Client’s concern by reassigning the case to a different counselor. I only have a concern about Ms. Geddings’ willingness to address her anxiety.…
The main question here in this case is who is liable, negligent and damages. Deb is driving her car when it is involved in an accident with a car driven by Abe. A few moments after the first crash, a car driven by Ann hits the two cars disabled from the first crash. Cal, a passenger in Abe’s car has a minor injury to his head from the first crash but serious injury to his knees and legs from Ann’s subsequent driving into the first crash. Cal is taken to the hospital where Doctor informs him, correctly, that he will lose both legs unless he consents to an immediate particular type of surgery which may save his legs. Doctor does not inform Cal that this type of surgery, if successful, will mean that his repaired knees will need artificial…

I agree with you I think that advertisements should be regulated. For the reason that without guideline to follow there would be firms who would lie about the benefits of their products so that they can get a edge over their competitor. The consumers would believe what they see in the ads and think that the company product is the best one in the market due to what the company state in their advertisement. As a result the other complain will loss business and would not have a profit coming in and end up closing.…

I Alesha Hatella was in a minor car accident earlier this afternoon. There was very little damage to both of our cars. No one is hurt, I was just a little shaken up when it happened. The damage includes the bumpers are wrecked and the hoods are bent in on our vehicles. The other driver and I were coming to a stop and the roads were a little icy so we slid right into one another. I have the other drivers information included just in case you need that as well. Please contact me if you need any additional information. (715)702-1348.…
We know that the law is on your side and we will fight to get you the compensation you so badly need. You are entitled to payment for all your medical bills related to the accident both past and future. You deserve compensation for all monies you might have lost while not being able to go to your work. In many cases, the victim can no longer do the job they used to and should be paid for that loss. There is no dollar amount that can reasonably compensate your pain and suffering, especially if you lost a limb and are now disabled. However, we will work for you and get you a sum to get your life back to some…
