Intermountain Health Care Strategies
I have been working for Intermountain Health Care for almost three years and can say that is one of the most organized and strategic organization I have worked for. Intermountain Health care is a nonprofit organization with a wide system of clinics, surgery centers and hospitals. I think this organization follows the Strategic Human Resource management, this way they can identify areas where strategies can be implemented now or in the future, using the appropriates tools, employee motivation, trainings, education, productivity, providing support and strategic directions to employees and leaders, supporting organization changes, development and effectiveness .
