On 9/8/16, at 5:00 p.m., the investigator contacted Olegario Garcia at his residence and received an r/s from him about his 1998 Toyota Camry, CA license plate # 6ZEH467. He confirmed he loaned the vehicle in question to his friend, Efrian Gonzales who is an unlicensed driver, who drove his car on 6/1/2016 when he rear-ended a Black Chevy Colorado pickup truck belonging to Robert Montalango. Garcia claimed his brother; Emanuel Gonzales was the front passenger in the car driven by Gonzales. He said neither Gonzales nor Garcia were injured after his vehicle, as his vehicle sustained right front bumper damage.
