ALLEGATION
R/s Lilton (dad) touched his 5-year-old daughter, Alisha in her private area. R/s reportedly Lilton tickled Alisha between her legs
Alisha. R/s Alisha complained of her private hurting. R/s Alisha’s medical exam is scheduled for 11 on Friday at ARC in Columbia, SC.

R/s dad has visitation from 10 am Saturday to 7 pm Sunday. R/s Mary (mom) reported that Lilton called her immediately after returning Alisha and stated that the child was going to complain about her butt hurting. R/s Lilton stated that Alisha sat on the floor for a long time and it caused her butt to her. R/s according to the Mary, Alisha said her dad touched her on the butt and private.
