Case Study Of Vehicle 2
Driver of vehicle 1, Daysha Johnson, stated she was traveling south on North Tucker Boulevard passing Cole Street. Johnson stopped at the rear of vehicle 2 and looked down at her phone. Johnson stated she thought cars began to move so she proceeded south on North Tucker Boulevard where she struck the rear bumper of vehicle 2.
Driver of vehicle 2, Harweada Outlaw, stated she had just passed Cole Street traveling south on North Tucker Boulevard. Outlaw stated while stopped in traffic she observed vehicle 1 approaching the rear of her vehicle. Outlaw stated she applied the breaks in effort to brace the impact from vehicle 1 and her vehicle struck the rear of vehicle 3.
