THE PROBLEM AND REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE
Introduction
Reading problems develop because of one or more factors within the child or in the environment, or both, prevent the learner from reaching its learning capacity. Reading difficulties can be corrected through proper diagnosis and remedial instruction. Nothing is accomplished by blaming the difficulty on low level intelligence, lack of interest, laziness, or at home.
