a. The Fire Department was never called to conduct an inspection on the compressor after it suddenly caught fire, which may have endangered onsite personnel and property.
b. OSHA was never informed of the incident which may have endangered indigenous individuals and employees of possible smoke inhalation and contact with hazardous chemicals which may have endangered animals and crops.
c. Silent Business Partner, Simranjit Deol estimate and figures of the fire damage to the compressor could not be verified at his estimate cost of $89,000.00
d. The Ritchie Brothers Auctioneer’s receipt indicated the compressor was purchased at $3,587.00 in US Currency, contrary to Simranjit Singh Deol and Kamaljit Singh Dhillon statements,
