Normally, it is not the HRO's policy to provide the qualification standards to the field because they are intended for the HRO/Staffing team use only. In response, I can only state that most civilian personnel and/or enlisted personnel do not know all the requirements for a Warrant Officer or officer; therefore we can’t assume that an applicant has completed a requirement based on that. It is our responsibility to verify it, if it’s not reflected on the resume. NGB states one "must" have a HS diploma, which is not an HRO rule, but we were simply asking that she add it to the resume.
