1. Structure –
a. Shop Drawings – CPS has received updated shop drawings. CPS is in the process of reviewing the drawings and verifying that previous comments have been addressed. CPS is meeting with Rubb later today and should give ok to move forward with fabrication.
b. Factory Rep – CPS is working with Rubb on final pricing and insurance. Determination will be made if rep is required after test build. Pat said that he thinks it would be a good investment, CPS agrees.
c. NSF Logo – Rubb has identified concerns with fading of the logo due to UV and cold temps. Pat is wondering if we can procure a removable logo that could be attached to the building and replaced as needed. Rubb’s Past experience showed that in 3 to 4 years there was fading. CPS (Raine/Burnside) to develop a list of assets required for the GrIT and SCAT to help define “what is” GrIT and SCAT. Ongoing
7. CPS (Smith) to relook at the estimate and scope for the Skiway move in the CPS Scoping Document. Ongoing
8. CPS (Dahl/Borden) to look at options for getting rid of the Edison electric snowmobile in an as-is condition. Check with Theresa Peirce about placing this on the excess property report when it needs repairs. Pat requested additional information from CPS on Edison. Ongoing
9. CPS (Sever) to develop a final report of the SMG Fabrication, including costs and weights. This will be used to assess similar structures in the future and to share with AIL. Ongoing
10. CPS (Timmons) to update the Snow Melter estimate once the design and performance spec are complete. Ongoing
11. CPS (Sever) to work with Rubb on placing a logo on the tent and discuss strategies for installing solar panels on the structure in the future. CPS is working with Rubb on the logo and solar panel connections. CPS will check if the logo can be made to be removable. Ongoing
12. CPS (Timmons) to develop an estimate for a new Summit utilidor.
