The Hanston Township Crisis Case Study Hanston Township is a little, countryside town that had the arrival of new people in the community. The residents have an extensive history in Hanston and are very acquainted with one another. Since it is easier to access and the development of houses and apartments has increased, the schools, services from the city, medical services, educational opportunities, and cultural opportunities need to be developed. The town lacked diversity until the new residents began to move there. Hanston has to make some accommodations in order to keep up with the changes that are occurring quickly. The mayor appointed a committee to research the changing circumstances, identify which areas immediately need to be fixed, and to come up with some solutions. The members of the committee have different backgrounds and experiences that will help them complete the tasks assigned by the mayor. Even when one has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience they still do not know everything or lack knowledge and experience. The committee that was appointed by the mayor as a whole lack social and economic diversity as well as not being from a wide range of different businesses, professions, and arts. The members of the committee lack a common cultural background, ethnic background, or experiences that the new residents have experienced due to their different cultural or ethnic background. This type of knowledge and experience is needed to ensure that the feelings, needs, and wants of the new Townspeople are incorporated into the
