She feels that she has “unstable relationship with other people”, whom she is not familiar with or whom she does not know. She believes that her “failed marriage” had left a “deep and lasting scar” with her, as she does not “trust anyone whom she meets.” Based on these on these believes, the Insured feels that she cannot work at any job and would seek counseling to help her to work with others as she used to.
The insured has not sought employment with any other employer after she was terminated from the Miracle-Ear Company.

The insured claimed that she did not graduate and drop out of high school during her sophomore year in November 1988 after she became pregnant with her first child that she gave birth on November 13, 1990.

She indicated, therefore, she lives alone with her father in Show Low, Arizona in a house, where their next-door neighbor is almost 3 acres away from her father’s home. She claimed that she had not perused the Internet, the classifieds for any other employment.
The insured stated that her first job was working at the Rallies fast food restaurant where she worked as a cashier and a cook while she attended high school in 1988. The Insured also has worked at several other restaurants as a teenager where she had employment with Long John Silvers, Taco Bell, subway sandwiches, and the Porfolks Restaurant throughout the dates from 1988 through 2001.
After working at several restaurants, the Insured said she was hired by the Able Health Care Service where she worked as a cap and home personal assistant for the company between the dates of 2001 through 2007. Her responsibilities consisted of providing home health care to the elderly. Her duties would include preparing meals for the elderly at their homes while changing in dressing surface wounds and assisting the elderly with the maintenance of their exercise programs. She said most of her patients would have paraplegia who would also have Alzheimer’s disease. She did not have a contact number, address or contact information to refer her employment
