ANSWER
1. Learning increase the competitive advantage because learning creates enthusiasm, the Chinese hunger for knowledge makes them a source of competitive advantage. They have high competitive ambition. The Chinese’s ability to learn makes them want to strive to achieve the best quality, a better design and a better standard. For example, with the acquisition earlier this year of IBM's PC division, Lenovo is now preparing to step on to the world stage. For now, suffice to say that the deal was driven not only by a hunger for scale but also by a desire among Lenovo's Chinese executives to keep climbing the learning curve as fast as humanely possible.Moreover, by learning fast and embrace change. More new ideas can be created.The creativity that they have is beneficial for the company, because the company can produce more new product that is better than their current product, this can help the firm in china always up to date on their product in the company. The company also can compete with the other successful firms around the world.

2. Issue that firms need to consider when adapting to their external environment is recession struck. This is because, they need to trend the new workers for organizational development. This is an extra cost that the company need to bear in order to create the fast learning workers. The company must consider to their external environment for example, the employer will trend the new employees only in the company such as, on job training and monitor them from time to time to make sure that they expert to do their job until their reach the goal that the company need. This will decrease the cost of the company, because the employees training in their own workplace and the company do not need to send
